Since the opening of the 78th ADLM Clinical Lab Expo 2026 in Anaheim, Medconn’s booth #1472 has remained a hub of activity. Two FDA-Cleared Products Make Their Joint Debut
This year marks an important milestone for Medconn: the MQ-8000 HbA1c Analyzer officially received FDA clearance.
Following this achievement, the MQ-3000 and MQ-8000, both FDA-cleared HbA1c analyzers, made their first joint appearance at ADLM, giving global customers a closer look at Medconn’s technological capabilities and continued innovation in HbA1c testing.
From earning international regulatory recognition to taking center stage at one of the world's leading laboratory medicine events, FDA clearance represents more than validation of product quality against rigorous international standards. It also opens new opportunities for Medconn to expand into North America and other high-end international markets, marking another solid step forward in its global expansion.

Entering the Americas — ML-2000 Makes Its International Debut
In addition to its two flagship products, another major highlight of the exhibition was the Medconn ML-2000 HbA1c Analysis Cascade Line, making its first public appearance in the Americas.
The desktop two-analyzer cascade solution showcased at the event can be flexibly configured with the MQ-6000 and MQ-8000, allowing different analyzer models to be combined according to laboratory needs. This approach preserves the advantages of individual analyzers while upgrading them into a more integrated testing solution.
Cascade Collaboration for Simpler HbA1c Testing
From automatic HbA1c sample identification and one-person management of up to four analyzers to automatic retesting of flagged samples and uninterrupted operation in the event of a single-analyzer failure, every feature is designed around real-world laboratory needs.
The ML-2000 is available in both desktop and floor-standing cascade configurations, providing greater flexibility for laboratories of different sizes and layouts. By optimizing laboratory space while supporting scalable configurations, the system expands the possibilities of HbA1c automation and helps laboratories achieve more efficient workflow management.
